How to cancel a service
- Log in to the client area and open Services → My Services.
- Click the service you want to cancel and choose Request Cancellation.
- Select End of billing period (the service works until the date you already paid for) or Immediate, and tell us the reason.
- Submit the request. We confirm it by email.
Before you cancel: back up your website, databases and email. After cancellation the data is deleted and cannot be recovered.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Domains are cancelled separately; simply do not renew them.
