1. Agreement
By ordering or using any EgWeb service (web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain names or related services) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
EgWeb provides hosting infrastructure and related services as described on our website and in your order. Features, resources and prices are those shown at the time of your order. We may improve or update services and will notify you of changes that materially affect you.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your passwords confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account.
4. Billing and payment
Services are billed in advance for the billing cycle you choose. Invoices are issued before the due date and must be paid by the due date. If an invoice remains unpaid, we may suspend the service and, after a reasonable notice period, terminate it and delete its data. Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds or US dollars and may exclude applicable taxes and payment fees.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use our services for anything unlawful, or to send spam, distribute malware, run phishing or fraud, attack other systems, or infringe the rights of others. Accounts that consume resources in a way that harms other customers may be limited or suspended.
6. Backups and your data
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your website, databases and emails. We may take backups for our own operational purposes but do not guarantee their availability.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep our network and servers available and to respond to support tickets promptly, 24 hours a day. Maintenance windows and events outside our control may cause interruptions. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, no specific uptime commitment is made.
8. Domain names
Domain registrations are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and registrar. You are responsible for keeping your contact details correct and for renewing domains before they expire.
9. Suspension and termination
You may cancel a service at any time from your client area. We may suspend or terminate services that breach these terms, are used unlawfully, or are unpaid. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EgWeb is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the last three months.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
