How to point your domain to your hosting

To show your website, your domain must point to your hosting. There are two ways:

  1. Change the nameservers at your registrar to the nameservers in your hosting welcome email. This moves the DNS of the whole domain to your hosting account.
  2. Or keep your current DNS (for example Cloudflare) and set an A record for @ and www to the server IP address in the welcome email.

Domains registered with us: open the client area, go to Domains → My Domains, click Manage and choose Nameservers.

DNS changes can take from a few minutes up to 24-48 hours to appear everywhere. Clear your browser cache or test on your mobile network if you still see the old site.
