How to create an email account

If your email is hosted on your cPanel account, create mailboxes like this:

  1. In cPanel open Email Accounts and click Create.
  2. Choose the domain, type the name (for example info) and set a strong password.
  3. Set the mailbox size and click Create.
  4. Open the mailbox anytime with the Check Email (Webmail) button.

Note: your email only reaches cPanel mailboxes if your domain's MX records point to our servers. If you use another email provider (for example Google Workspace or Zoho), keep the MX records of that provider.
